MELBOURNE - Travelling with kids
Travelling with kids to bustling cities such as Melbourne is exciting. There’s so much to do and see thanks to an abundance of cultural charisma.
Melbourne was actually our home city for two years, and in that time we were fortunate to experience the city as holidaying tourists on a few occasions, which means we know where all the tourist hot spots are but also where the local hangouts are.
I could write pages detailing all the amazing things to do and see in Melbourne, but in an effort to keep this short and to the point I’ve decided to simply list our favourite places, with a few extra details for some of them.
One important thing you should know about Melbourne before going is that the weather is temperamental, which means you can literally experience every season in one day! This is important to know because it can influence what you pack in your suitcase. Even more important for travelling with kids and babies because you always need to be prepared, so depending on the time of year you are travelling make sure you pack a jumper!
